Jeff Silva is the listing agent on your property. Jeff's job is to get to know the wants and needs of our clients and keep up with market inventory. He will make marketing calls for your property everyday, looking for qualified buyers. In addition to listing properties and looking for qualified buyers, Jeff handles all contract negotiations.

JoAnn Silva is responsible for accounts receivable and payable and manages our staff. She tracks all sales numbers to keep our team on top and focused on our goals. JoAnn is a licensed agent and notary.
 

Buyer Specialist: 

Michael Maerten will work diligently with buyers on the purchase their new home. He will initially meet with the buyers to gain a full understanding of their needs. He will then search those homes that fit the buyers’ criteria, always showing your home first. He consults the team daily on the latest market updates. Michael's knowledge and positive mental attitude make him an invaluable to our clients and our team.
 

Buyer Specialist:

Darcy Scollin will work with our buyers to find their perfect home or investment property. She will initially meet with the buyers to gain a full understanding of their needs. She will then search those homes that fit the buyers’ criteria, always showing your home first. Darcy's attentiveness and ability to listen to our clients’ needs and desires make finding a property a pleasurable experience.

Megan Guidi Cleary is the daughter of a builder, Guidi Homes, Inc., and has grown up around the Real Estate Industry. All through college her summers were spent working for various real estate offices and it was during those years that she decided to pursue Real Estate as a career. She has recently moved back to PA after living in Maryland for several years and looks forward to serving the needs of our buyers. 

Transaction Manager: 

The Transaction Manager is responsible for entering your home into the Multiple Listing System and creating highlight sheets to market your property. They handle all marketing, including newspaper, magazine publications, internet related advertising projects at www.thejeffsilvateam.com as well as unique campaigns that are created and designed on an as needed basis to suit our client's individual needs. In addition, the Transaction Manager keeps sellers informed about showings and handles all questions and tasks prior to the acceptance of an agreement of sale. They also tracks the market, does data research and market analysis. The Transaction Manager assists all members of the team, keeping us efficient and on top of our production goals.
 

Closing Manager: 

Francesca Lorenz will coordinate and assist our buyers and sellers from the acceptance of an Agreement of Sale through closing. She is licensed in real estate and handles all home inspection negotiations and coordinates with all the parties involved in the sale of your home. Title, Appraisal, Termite, Inspection, Lender, Buyer, Seller, Listing and Buyer Agents are just a few of the many people she contacts on your behalf. There are approximately 23 people to coordinate with in a transaction and Francesca will keep everyone informed during the settlement process.
